Delaney had first haircut today.  She was long overdue—I thought that I was just going to let it grow, but it was so uneven that she looked very disheveled all of the time.  She handled it all with ease—she’s seen both Franny and Cole get their hair cut recently, so she seemed to understand what the process was.   Unfortunately, with her new photo aversion I wasn’t able to get a very good ‘after’ shot, but I must say she does look super cute with her new little bob!
