For well over a year Franny slept on her top bunk without a single exception.  For whatever reason, she has now opted for a change of scenery.  It’s been over a week, and she has shown no sign of going back on top.  It is, of course, her bed and her choice of where she wants to sleep. Cole, however, is waiting very patiently for her to move back on top so they can resume their weekly ‘sleep overs’.   While she is fine with him occupying the top bunk, we don’t think that Cole on the top bunk is really a very good idea.  I’m sure she will eventually migrate back to the upper bed, but for now, she is very content where she is.
