The much anticipated snow finally arrived Monday night.  Not a lot of snow, but just enough accumulation to really appreciate the beauty and serenity of it.  There wasn’t enough for the kids to get out and really play in it, but they didn’t seem to mind.  And, with the temperatures so cold the last couple of days, the snow has remained relatively undisturbed.  It’s been a nice transition into winter.  I hope we have many more cold and snowy days like this in the months ahead.
