Rick is usually the one that comes up with nicknames in our house, some are short-lived while others last for a long time.  In the case of Delaney, however, it really comes as no surprise that it was Franny who dubbed her ‘Princess’.  And coming from her, there really could not be anything that could represent more affection.  Although it doesn’t really matter to Delaney what Franny calls her—she is all smiles and giggles whenever Franny talks to her. But regardless, the princess movement has definitely settled into our house for the long-term, so this may be one that sticks with Delaney for a quite some time.
