Ever since Thanksgiving, Franny’s Christmas spirit has not wavered.  Everyday there is endless talk about Santa, presents, decorating the house, Christmas lights, Christmas cards…the list goes on and on.  I don’t think she completely understands when Christmas actually is, but she does know that it’s getting closer.  This last week, her excitement has even escalated—she received a letter from Santa (courtesy of her very thoughtful Auntie Cherl), cards are coming daily, and there are presents under the tree.  The big day is approaching so quickly—there is so many more things I’d like to do with the kids, we’ll see how much we can actually do.  Although, with how busy things have been lately, I may be lucky just to get our Christmas cards out!
